Return Policy

At this time, we do not accept returns for most housings that have been ordered from ROVRLAB.com. For the housings we do accept returns on, there will be a 10% restocking fee due to our products being built to order. We accept returns for Baja Designs lights with a 15% restocking fee as per Baja Designs policy. However, if you encounter any issues or defects with your product, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please provide detailed information and, if possible, attach photos to assist us in assessing the situation.
