Shipping Information

Shipping Locations

At ROVRLAB.com, we currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time outside of Canada. All orders will be shipped from our facility in Orange County, California. 

International Orders:
Customer is responsible for paying all fees related to shipping their purchase into their country. Costs associated with returning a product due to inability to pay the tariffs are also the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

Please note that our products are made to order. We are experiencing extremely high volumes of orders at the moment and for this reason the current lead time is between 2 and 3 weeks for us to process and prepare your order for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information. Delivery Time

The delivery time will vary depending on your location within the United States. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 5 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

We offer a standard shipping rate of $6.99 on all orders within the United States. Any additional shipping fees or options, such as expedited shipping, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
